Portable toilet pumping for construction sites and events
We have run honey wagons in York County since the 1980s. Builders, event venues, and rental fleets across Rock Hill, Fort Mill, York, Clover, and Lake Wylie call us to keep their porta-potties pumped and ready. Call 803-328-1410 to get on the route.
What a honey wagon does
"Honey wagon" is the industry name for the vacuum truck that pumps portable toilets. We have run honey wagons in Rock Hill since the 1980s, which means our crew has serviced just about every kind of porta-potty out there: standard construction units, ADA units, flushable trailers, and the bigger restroom trailers people rent for weddings and corporate events.
A normal service stop takes a few minutes per unit. We pump the holding tank dry, refill the fresh water reservoir, deodorize, restock paper if it is part of the contract, and wipe down the high touch surfaces. Every load we pull is hauled to a permitted treatment facility, with a GPS log on the truck that proves where it went. That paper trail matters to GCs working under city inspection and to event venues with permit requirements.
We service GCs, event rental companies, festivals, wedding venues, farm operations, and other porta-potty fleet operators who need backup capacity. If you have units we did not rent you, we will still service them, just give us an honest unit count and an address.
On a typical weekly route we will hit the construction sites on the same day and time, so your superintendent always knows when the truck is coming. For event service we will work to your timeline: a Saturday wedding usually gets a Friday set-up service and a Sunday morning pump, but we will adjust around your run-of-show. If you are running a multi-day festival, we will sit on call so you can ping us between sessions instead of waiting for a scheduled stop.
Pricing and timing
We give a clear price on the phone before we roll the truck. Standard fleet pricing is per unit, per visit, on a weekly or biweekly route. Event work is per unit per service plus a trip charge.
New routes usually start inside the same week. Event service is scheduled the morning of, the morning after, or both, depending on the size of the crowd.
